We Are Christ Day

On June 18th 2011, hundreds of volunteers from local churches came together in Erin Ontario for “We Are Christ Day”. It was a day to show Erin that the church loves them and cares about them. The entire day was free. A free carnival, a free store, free BBQ, a free spa, gardening, window washing, cookie baking, care baskets, and even a moving truck full of new bikes and toys was delivered to a children’s home. As Sue puts it, “You have to get out of the church. You have to love your neighbour, one person at a time, one city at a time, one body of Christ.”
So lifted in Spirit to have been a part of this great day.

Broadway Pentecostal Church was truly blessed to be a part of this day and look forward to more WAC days. You could really feel the love and spirit of God in this outreach. Thanks Sue for posting the video. <3
